Wendy Seidel, LSW

Wendy Seidel is a Licensed Social Worker and National Certified Guardian with a strong professional foundation in mental health and supportive services. She is a graduate of Kutztown University, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work with a minor in Psychology, and Temple University, where she completed her Master of Social Work.

During her graduate training, Wendy gained extensive clinical experience through rotations on inpatient mental health units and by conducting mental health assessments in an emergency department setting. She is also a Certified Dementia Practitioner, with particular interest in supporting caregivers and families navigating cognitive decline. Currently, she is pursuing additional certification in pet loss support services to further expand her ability to assist individuals through a range of emotional challenges.

Wendy’s commitment to the mental health field is rooted in her own lived experience with anxiety and depression. This perspective informs her compassionate, person-centered approach, and she is dedicated to meeting each individual’s unique needs through a variety of evidence-informed methodologies.

Outside of her professional work, Wendy enjoys spending quality time with her family and her beloved pets—including two cats, a dog, and a bearded dragon. Whenever possible, she can be found relaxing by the beach, which is her favorite place to recharge.
