Raequel Madara is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner and licensed clinical social worker in the state of Pennsylvania. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree in psychology from La Salle University in 2003 and Master’s degree in clinical social work from Widener University in 2008. She has over 17 years of experiencing coordinating inpatient and outpatient mental health programs and providing individual, family, and group therapy before becoming a registered nurse in 2020. Raequel has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. She is new to ACE and very excited to combine her mental health and nursing backgrounds to offer tele-health psychiatric evaluations and medication management services.
