Evelyn has provided mental health counseling for 14 years serving individuals with multiple backgrounds and age groups. She was born and raised in Puerto Rico, and is bilingual in Spanish and English. Evelyn has worked with individuals with different levels of emotional and behavioral challenges including trauma, grief, anxiety, and depression. She is passionate about empowering, supporting, and guiding individuals while providing therapeutic tools, building skills, and exploring strategies to better cope with significant life stressors. Evelyn is open minded, empathetic and enthusiastic, always having room for laughter, reflection and growth.
